Dr. Rebecca Tippett is the founding Director of Carolina Demography at the Carolina Population Center at UNC-Chapel Hill. Dr. Tippett will discuss the profound demographic changes in North Carolina and what the trends may mean for the future populations of Jackson County and Western North Carolina. This event is open to the public and is presented by the Democratic Men’s Club of Jackson County.
