9am Jackson County Democratic Annual Convention and Breakfast

The Jackson County Annual Convention takes place to elect delegates to the District Convention and to elect two members of the prosecutorial district executive committee, the state senatorial district executive committee and the state house of representatives district executive committee. Members elect officers of the county party in odd numbered years only unless there are vacancies that must be filled.  Precincts will bring proposed resolutions to the NC Democratic Platform to be forwarded to the District Convention after a process of editing and consolidating.
