March to the Polls | WCU Student Rally

Join WCU’s National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC), Black Student Union and College Democrats for March to the Polls, a student-led rally focused on voter participation and access.

Students will meet at the Catafount at 3:00 PM before marching together to board the CatTran at 3:30 PM and travel to the Health and Human Sciences (HHS) Building to vote.

Why Come?

With the voter registration deadline approaching, organizers are encouraging student participation and raising awareness about voting access on campus. The relocation of the early voting site from the University Center to the HHS Building, approximately a 30-minute walk, has created transportation concerns. This event brings students together to address those barriers through organized transportation and collective action.

Meeting Location: The Catafount, Western Carolina University
Time: 3:00–6:00 PM
CatTran Boarding: 3:30 PM

The Catafount is the landmark water fountain located at the center of the WCU campus quad.
